Join us for a Zoom event designed to demystify the process of applying for grants and artist residencies. Led by Briann Greenfield, Ph.D., this talk will cover key do’s and don’ts of successful applications, what funders are really looking for, and how to position your work effectively.

 

About the speaker:

Briann Greenfield, Ph.D., is a humanities leader, scholar, and educator with experience in university, cultural nonprofit, and federal government settings. Her experience as a grant maker includes roles as Director of the Division of Preservation and Access at the National Endowment for the Humanities, Executive Director of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, and Chair of the Grant Application and Evaluation Review Committee for Connecticut Humanities, as well as service as a peer reviewer for many state and national funders.
